三、VVIP 實名認證須知 VVIP Real-Name Verification 

• VVIP NT$8,800 採實名制，僅限透過 KKTIX 網站購票。
• 購票時請於每張票券的「姓名」、「手機」及「身分證字號」欄位，正確填寫實際入場人資料；海外觀眾請填寫護照號碼。
• 姓名僅限使用繁體中文或英文；海外觀眾請依護照姓名填寫，請勿使用特殊符號或字元。
• 每個身分證字號或護照號碼每場限持一張票券入場，不得重複購票。如因重複購票無法入場，主辦單位及KKTIX概不負責。
• 入場時將核對票券姓名與身分證件。請攜帶證件正本；14 歲以下觀眾可持健保卡，外籍觀眾請持護照。資料不符者將無法入場。

• VVIP tickets (NT$8,800) are sold under a real-name registration system and are available exclusively through the KKTIX website.
• When purchasing tickets, please accurately enter the actual attendee’s information in the “Name,” “Mobile Number,” and “ID Number” fields for each ticket. Overseas attendees should enter their passport number.
• Names may only be entered in Traditional Chinese or English. Overseas attendees must enter their name exactly as shown on their passport. Please do not use special symbols or characters.
• Each attendee may hold only one VVIP ticket per show under their ID number or passport number. Duplicate VVIP purchases using the same ID number or passport number for the same show are not permitted. Duplicate ticket purchases under the same ID or passport number are not permitted. The organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for any inability to enter the venue resulting from duplicate ticket purchases.
• At the venue entrance, the ticket holder’s name will be checked against their identification document. Please bring the original identification document. Attendees aged 14 or under may present their National Health Insurance Card. Foreign attendees must present their passport. Attendees whose information does not match the identification document will not be admitted.

• 如姓名或身分證字號／護照號碼其中一項填寫有誤，可於取票前申請更正；每張票券僅限更正一次，兩項不得同時變更。
• 資料處理費、收件期間及截止時間以實名制票券資料更正表單所載規定為準。更正截止時間：10/15(四) 23:59。
• 更正申請須由購票會員提出。提交後請至 KKTIX「訂單」頁面的「查看／修改資料」確認；如資料尚未更新，請洽 KKTIX 客服。
• 如姓名及證件號碼兩項皆錯誤，或票券已完成取票，將無法辦理更正；請於退票期限內依規定辦理退票。
  
  
• If either the name or ID number/passport number is entered incorrectly, a correction may be requested before ticket collection. Each ticket may be corrected once only, and the name and ID number/passport number cannot be changed at the same time.
• The applicable processing fee, submission period, and deadline are subject to the requirements stated in the Real-Name Ticket Information Correction Form. Correction deadline: 10/15(Thu) 23:59.
• Correction requests must be submitted by the KKTIX member who placed the order. After submitting the request, please go to the “Orders” page on KKTIX and select “View / Modify Information” to confirm the updated information. If the information has not been updated, please contact KKTIX Customer Service.
• If both the name and ID number/passport number are incorrect, or if the ticket has already been collected, the information cannot be corrected. Please request a ticket refund within the applicable refund period in accordance with the relevant regulations.

依《個人資料保護法》第 8 條規定，主辦單位杰德創意影音管理股份有限公司將蒐集您的姓名、聯絡電話、身分證字號或護照號碼等個人資料，用於本活動購票、票務管理、實名制身分核驗、入場管理、活動通知及客服聯繫等相關事項。

上述資料將於前述目的所必要之期間內，由主辦單位及受委託之票務、活動執行等相關單位，於必要範圍內以合法方式處理及利用。

依個資法規定，您得向主辦單位請求查詢、閱覽、補充、更正、停止處理或利用及刪除個人資料；如拒絕提供購票、實名認證或入場所必要之資料，可能無法完成購票、身分核驗或入場。

In accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act, the organizer, Portico Media Co., Ltd., will collect personal information including your name, contact telephone number, ID number or passport number for purposes related to ticket purchasing, ticket management, real-name verification, venue admission management, event notifications, customer service, and other matters necessary for the event.

The above personal information will be processed and used by the organizer and its authorized ticketing, event execution, and other relevant service providers, within the necessary scope and by lawful means, for the period necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, you may request to access, review, supplement, correct, suspend the processing or use of, or delete your personal data by contacting the organizer. If you decline to provide the personal information necessary for ticket purchase, real-name verification, or venue admission, you may be unable to complete the ticket purchase, identity verification, or venue admission.

四、購票前準備 Before Purchasing Tickets

KKTIX 網站購票僅接受已完成手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證的會員。請於啟售前完成會員註冊及驗證，並可在會員設定中的「報名預填資料」預先儲存姓名及手機號碼。

為了確保您的權益，強烈建議您，在註冊會員或是結帳時填寫的聯絡人電子郵件，盡量不要使用Yahoo或Hotmail郵件信箱，以免因為擋信、漏信，甚至被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到『訂單成立通知信』。

每個訂單成立後會向您發出「訂單成立通知」電郵。電子郵件可能因不同因素未能寄到您的郵箱，因此僅作交易通知之用。沒收到「訂單成立通知」電郵不代表交易沒有成功。 在購票流程中 一旦無法確認訂單是否交易成功，請前往會員帳戶的「訂單」查詢您的消費資料。只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的資訊；若查不到您所訂購的資訊或是收到訂單逾期取消的通知，即表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。若您是付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試用信用卡付款。

KKTIX 無固定清票時間；逾期未付款的票券將陸續釋回，請自行留意售票頁面的可售張數。

KKTIX ticket purchases are only available to members who have completed mobile number and email address verification. Please complete membership registration and verification before ticket sales begin. You may also pre-save your name and mobile number under “Prefill Information” in your account settings: KKTIX Prefill Information.

To ensure your rights, it is strongly recommended not to use Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses for registration or checkout to avoid missing the "order confirmation email" due to spam filtering or being marked as junk mail.

After each order is successfully placed, a “Order Confirmation” email will be sent to you. Please note that due to various factors, the email may not be delivered successfully and is provided for notification purposes only. Not receiving the confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the transaction was unsuccessful.If you are unsure whether your order was successfully completed during the purchase process, please check your order status under “Orders” in your member account. All successful transactions will be displayed there.If you cannot find your order information or receive a notification stating that your order has expired or been canceled, it means the transaction was not successful and you will need to place a new order.If your payment fails, please try again using a credit card within the payment deadline.

KKTIX does not have a fixed schedule for releasing unpaid tickets. Tickets that remain unpaid after the payment deadline will be gradually released back for sale. Please check the ticket sales page for the latest availability.

五、購票方式 Ticket Purchase Methods

A. KKTIX 網站購票 Purchase Tickets Online via KKTIX

• 購票資格：僅接受已完成手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證的 KKTIX 會員。
• 適用票種：VVIP、VIP、A、B 及身心障礙票券；實際開放票種以售票頁面為準。
• 限購張數：VVIP 每位會員每場限購 2 張；非 VVIP 每位會員每場限購 4 張。
• 選位方式：購票時可選擇【自行選位/電腦配位】如選擇自行選位可以在規定時間內更改座位。若當下已無相連座位，系統會配符合選擇張數的不相連座位。
• 付款方式：信用卡（VISA／Mastercard／JCB）、ATM 虛擬帳號。
• ATM 虛擬帳號僅適用台灣金融機構核發、已開通非約定轉帳功能的金融卡；請依訂單顯示金額及期限完成付款。
• 取票方式：全家便利商店 FamiPort 取票，每筆訂單取票手續費 NT$30，每筆訂單最多 4 張，手續費於全家便利商店櫃檯繳付。

• Purchase Limit: Each member may purchase up to 2 VVIP tickets per show. For non-VVIP tickets, each member may purchase up to 4 tickets per show.
• Seat Selection: When purchasing tickets, you may choose between “Self-Selected Seating” and “Computer-Assigned Seating.” If you select self-selected seating, you may change your seats within the designated time period, subject to the applicable seat change rules. If no adjacent seats are available at the time of purchase, the system will assign non-adjacent seats based on the number of tickets selected.
• Payment Methods: Credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / JCB) and ATM virtual account transfer.
• ATM Virtual Account: This payment method is only available for debit cards issued by Taiwanese financial institutions with non-designated account transfers enabled. Please complete the payment according to the amount and payment deadline shown in your order.
• Ticket Collection: Tickets can be collected at FamiPort machines at FamilyMart stores. A ticket collection fee of NT$30 per order applies. Each order may contain up to 4 tickets. The ticket collection fee must be paid at the FamilyMart counter.
• Ticket Collection: Available at FamiPort machines at FamilyMart stores starting 7 days before the event.
  
  

B. 全家便利商店 FamiPort 機台直接購票 Purchase Tickets Directly via FamiPort at FamilyMart

• 適用票種：非 VVIP 票種；VVIP 不適用。
• 會員資格：無須加入 KKTIX 會員。
• 限購張數：每筆訂單最多 4 張。
• 配位方式：由系統自動配位。選擇票區後，系統將依當下可售座位進行配位，無法自行選擇座位或更換座位。
• 付款方式：僅接受現金。
• 購票及取票：於 FamiPort 列印繳費單後，須在 10 分鐘內至同店櫃檯完成付款；付款完成後即可取得正式票券，免收取票手續費。
• 列印繳費單不代表票券已保留。逾時未完成付款，訂單將取消，票券會釋回系統重新販售。
  
  
• Available Ticket Types: Only VIP, A and B tickets are available for direct purchase at FamiPort kiosks. VVIP tickets and tickets for fans with disabilities and their necessary companions are available exclusively through the KKTIX website.
• Membership: KKTIX membership is not required.
• Purchase Limit: Up to 4 tickets per order.
• Seat Assignment: Seats are automatically assigned by the system. After selecting a ticket section, the system will assign available seats based on the seats available at that time. You cannot select specific seats or change the assigned seats.
• Payment Method: Cash only.
• Purchase and Ticket Collection: After printing the payment slip at FamiPort, you must complete payment at the counter of the same FamilyMart store within 10 minutes. Once payment is completed, the official ticket will be issued immediately, with no ticket collection fee.
• Important: Printing the payment slip does not guarantee that the tickets will be held. If payment is not completed within the designated time, the order will be canceled and the tickets will be released back into the system for resale.
  
  

六、身心障礙票券 Accessible Tickets

• 身心障礙票券僅限透過 KKTIX 網站購買。請於啟售前一日完成身心障礙者身份認證；售票當日無法保證即時完成認證。
• 每位身心障礙人士含必要陪同者限購最多2張票券，「必要陪伴者優惠措施」須通過主管機關身分認證始能購買陪同席票，如有需要陪同者，購票時請選擇2張。
• 票價為 NT$1,950，福利比照 B 區；實際位置請參考正式座位圖。
• 身心障礙票券以主辦單位規定區域、座位、優惠票價配位銷售，售完為止。
• 入場時請出示有效身心障礙證明正本及身分證明文件；必要陪同者須與身心障礙票券持有人一同入場。
  
  
• Accessible tickets are available for purchase exclusively through the KKTIX website. Please complete disability status verification at least one day before ticket sales begin. Verification cannot be guaranteed to be completed immediately on the day of ticket sales.
• Each disabled person, including a necessary companion, can purchase up to 2 tickets per event. The "necessary companion discount" must pass government identity verification to purchase companion tickets.
• The ticket price is NT$1,950, with the same fan benefits as the B Section. Please refer to the official seating chart for the actual seat locations.
• Accessible tickets will be allocated and sold according to the seating areas, seat allocation, and discounted ticket prices designated by the organizer. Tickets are available while supplies last.
• Upon entry, please present the original valid disability certificate and a valid identification document. Any necessary companion must enter the venue together with the accessible ticket holder.
  
  

七、退票辦法 Refund Policy

本活動委託 KKTIX 代理退票退費。退票期限、申請方式、手續費及退款時間，請依本售票頁所載規定及 KKTIX 代理退票辦法辦理。

本節目採退票方案二：消費者得於購買票券後 3 日內申請退票（不含購票日）；購票後第 4 日起不再受理。退票將酌收票面金額 5% 手續費。實際截止日期依購票日期及相關規定計算。

• 2026/10/6購買，退票截止日為2026/10/9 (含)，2026/10/10 (含)起的退票不再受理
• 未取票：請於退票期限內，依原付款方式填寫 KKTIX 未取票退票申請表單。信用卡退款僅退回原刷卡帳戶。

KKTIX has been appointed to handle ticket refunds and reimbursements for this event. Please follow the refund deadlines, application procedures, applicable fees, and refund processing times stated on this ticket sales page and in the KKTIX Ticket Refund Policy.

This event follows Refund Policy Option 2: ticket holders may request a refund within 3 days after the date of purchase, excluding the purchase date. Refund requests will no longer be accepted from the 4th day after purchase. A 5% refund processing fee based on the ticket face value will be charged. The actual refund deadline will be calculated based on the date of purchase and the applicable regulations.

• Tickets purchased on 2026/10/6 must be mailed to KKTIX before 2026/10/9. Tickets mailed out on and after 2026/10/10 for refund will NOT be accepted.
• Tickets not yet collected: Within the refund period, please submit the KKTIX Uncollected Refund Application Form according to the original payment method. Credit card refunds will only be credited back to the original card account.

• Event cancellation, postponement, or major changes: In the event of cancellation, postponement, changes to the main performers, or major changes to the program content, the organizer will make a separate announcement regarding the relevant notification and refund procedures.
  
  

八、票券毀損、滅失或遺失處理 Handling of Damaged, Destroyed, or Lost Tickets

票券視同有價證券，請持票人妥善保管。如票券發生毀損、滅失、遺失或無法辨識，請儘速聯繫主辦單位，並依相關規定辦理。記名票券毀損遺失者，請攜帶身分證明文件及原購票證明（訂單編號、付款證明）向主辦單位申請補發或現場核驗入場；劃位票如涉重複主張入場，主辦單位保留查核身分及原始購票資料之權利。

Tickets serve as proof of your right to admission. Please keep them safe. Ticket holders are responsible for keeping their tickets safe and secure. In the event that a ticket is damaged, destroyed, lost, or becomes illegible, please contact the organizer as soon as possible and follow the applicable procedures.

For registered tickets, if a ticket is damaged or lost, the ticket holder may apply to the organizer for reissuance or on-site admission verification by presenting a valid identification document and proof of the original ticket purchase, such as the order number and proof of payment.

In cases where a reserved seat is claimed by more than one person for admission, the organizer reserves the right to verify the ticket holder’s identity and review the original ticket purchase records.

九、入場及活動注意事項 Entry and Event Guidelines

• 本活動非親子節目，限年滿 6 歲以上觀眾入場。未滿 6 歲者恕不入場；年滿 6 歲、未滿 12 歲者，須由年滿 18 歲之成人持票陪同。請於購票前確認同行觀眾年齡符合規定，主辦單位不受理因年齡不符所生之退票申請。
• 所有觀眾不分年齡均須一人一票，憑票入場，不開放孩童共用座位或由成人抱持入場。
• 請依票面場次及座位入場；遲到觀眾須遵守場館及現場工作人員安排。
• 未經主辦單位書面同意，禁止於現場拍照、錄影、錄音及直播；媒體採訪需求請事先聯繫主辦單位申請。
• 禁止攜帶外食、飲料、金屬或玻璃容器、寶特瓶、雷射筆、煙火、易燃物及其他危險物品。
• 請勿透過非 KKTIX 正式授權通路或陌生代購購票，以免購得無效或來源不明票券。
• 禁止以任何名目加價轉售票券；如涉及違法行為，主辦單位及 KKTIX 得依法處理。
• 本活動現場將進行攝影、錄影及其他影像紀錄，參與者可能於活動過程中被拍攝。主辦單位及經主辦單位授權之合作廠商，得將活動現場所拍攝之照片、影片及其他影像資料，使用於活動紀錄、活動宣傳、品牌推廣、新聞發布、官方網站、社群媒體、影音平台及其他相關宣傳渠道，並得依實際需求進行剪輯、編輯、重製、公開傳輸及公開展示。前述影像之使用期間、地區及媒體形式不受限制，並得於活動結束後持續使用。
• 如您不同意被拍攝或影像供前述用途使用，請於活動前主動聯繫主辦單位；活動當日亦請自行避開攝影、錄影鏡頭，並得視個人意願配戴口罩，以降低入鏡之可能性。惟因活動現場之攝影、錄影屬整體活動紀錄，主辦單位無法保證完全不會拍攝或記錄到個別參與者。
• 購票前請詳閱本頁說明；完成購票即表示已閱讀並同意適用的購票及活動規定。
  
  
• This event is not intended as a family-oriented program and is open to attendees aged 6 and above. Children under 6 years old will not be admitted. Attendees aged 6 to under 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above who holds a valid ticket. Please confirm that all accompanying attendees meet the age requirements before purchasing tickets. Refund requests due to failure to meet the age requirements will not be accepted by the organizer.
• All attendees, regardless of age, must have one valid ticket per person and enter the venue with a ticket. Each attendee, including each child, must hold a separate valid ticket and have their own seat. Carrying a child does not exempt the child from the ticket or minimum-age requirements.
• Please enter according to the show and seat indicated on your ticket. Latecomers must follow the instructions of the venue and on-site staff.
• Photography, video recording, audio recording, and livestreaming are prohibited without prior written consent from the organizer. Media representatives who wish to cover the event must contact the organizer in advance to apply for permission.
• Outside food and beverages, metal or glass containers, plastic bottles, laser pointers, fireworks, flammable materials, and other dangerous items are prohibited.
• Please do not purchase tickets through unauthorized KKTIX channels or unknown third-party ticket agents, as tickets obtained through such channels may be invalid or from an unverifiable source.
• Reselling tickets at a price higher than the original ticket price, under any pretext, is prohibited. Any conduct that violates applicable laws may be handled by the organizer and KKTIX in accordance with the law.
• Photography, video recording, and other forms of audiovisual recording will take place at the event. Attendees may be captured in photographs, videos, or other audiovisual materials during the event. The organizer and authorized partners may use photographs, videos, and other audiovisual materials captured at the event for event documentation, event promotion, brand promotion, press releases, official websites, social media, video platforms, and other related promotional channels. Such materials may be edited, adapted, reproduced, publicly transmitted, and publicly displayed as necessary. There are no restrictions on the period, territory, or media formats in which the aforementioned materials may be used, and they may continue to be used after the event has ended.
• If you do not consent to being photographed or having your image used for the purposes described above, please contact the organizer in advance. On the day of the event, please also avoid photography and video recording areas or camera lenses where possible. You may also choose to wear a face mask to reduce the likelihood of appearing in recorded materials. However, as photography and video recording are part of the overall event documentation, the organizer cannot guarantee that individual attendees will not be photographed or recorded.
• Please read all information on this ticket sales page carefully before purchasing tickets. By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the applicable ticket purchase and event regulations.
